Our approach goes far beyond ‘being sustainable’. As members of Social Enterprise UK, we are passionate about supporting those who benefit from our help. We also keep things local and commit to using local and independent suppliers (at least 50% within 50 miles of our support office) and working with local clients (at least 75% within 50 miles).
We work really hard to reduce our impact on the global environment by using local suppliers who care about bio-diversity, animal husbandry and sustainable farming - and those who share our farm to fork philosophy.
LAKE DISTRICT FARMERS

Knowing where our meat is bred and nurtured is important to us. Lake District Farmers supply premium breed-specific meat, direct from the farms to our chefs. They provide full animal provenance, while supporting the farmers and their local community within the Lake District. We are proud to be working with them.
ANONYMOUS COFFEE

Anonymous Coffee Co. is an independent, family owned and operated speciality coffee roaster based in South Oxfordshire. Phil and the team source, roast and deliver responsibly produced specialty coffee across the home counties, London and beyond.
Their mission is simple…to make great quality, great tasting coffee easy to enjoy; and to do some good, and have some fun in the process.

To achieve this they work with suppliers and producers that support great projects at home and at origin. They offer a variety of blends and single origin speciality coffees all of which are traceable back to the producer, or purchased by direct trade. They pay well above market price for all of our traded coffees and are working to provide a detailed breakdown of every penny (or cent) spent on each coffee.

Yes Chef is a family-run fruit and vegetable distributor that has rapidly established a reputation for being among London’s elite greengrocers, delivering premium fruit and vegetables to discerning restaurateurs within the London and the surrounding counties.
